According to Louisa, a good production manager is empathetic and perfectionistic, but above all a good and fluent communicator. Louisa is the link between the customer and the team. Thanks to her, projects run smoothly and everyone involved is always up to date. She learned those skills during her studies in international management and event management.

After countless emails, phone calls and schedules, seeing her work come to life on set makes Louisa thrilled. She is a real go-getter and works with precision. Yet she also provides a calm and fun atmosphere. Making sure everyone is having a good time is important to her, and it boosts productivity.

MUSICAL ASPIRATIONS
Louisa would gladly trade a Friday night in a bar for some studio time. She makes her own electronical music, writes lyrics and sings. Although she always knew she wanted to make music, it was a trip around the world that gave her the extra push to make it work.
