Say hi to Jeremy

I have been into making music all my life, from creating to recording and mixing. It's how I originally developed my interest in audio. After obtaining my master's degree in Music Production at the Conservatory of Ghent, it was great joining this team of passionate and like-minded people. At MotorMusic Studios, I mostly do music recording and mixing. My main focus at HOME is directed towards audio post production for advertising and television.

I love how crafting with audio in different ways offers a ton of variation and interchangeable experience. It's allowing me to be the creative genius behind it.

BALANCE IS A FORM OF ART

For Jeremy Vettorel, being a good music and audio engineer means being a good puzzle-maker. The right rhythm and mood is made in the details. All the pieces – music, voices and effects – must fit and they all need enough space. Balance is key: from loud to soft, left to right and back to front.

DID YOU KNOW?

Jeremy got his first House of Media assignment in the middle of our first conversation. We received an urgent phone call from a client. Jeremy was fit for the job, so we interrupted the chat and sent him on his way to the client. Sometimes life moves pretty fast!

“Producing audio is like making a drawing. You start with a blank canvas and handpick every aspect. All elements are in the final result because you chose them.”

– Jeremy
