Let's start with the Basic services
Subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement, HOME undertakes to perform the services defined hereinafter (hereafter the “Basic Services”) :
HOME undertakes, when applicable in HOME’s estimation, to submit Project Briefs to the RESIDENT, it being understood that HOME is not bound by any minimal amount of Project Briefs;
HOME undertakes, subject to daily availability, to provide the RESIDENT with office space, in HOME’s offices, including access to studio’s and hardware (subject to pre-booking)
HOME undertakes to provide the RESIDENT with an IT-infrastructure enabling him or her to perform its basic electronic professional activities from, including:
An email-address “@houseof.media”;
User-access to the IT-platform “notion”;
Depending on HOME’s client’s request in the Project Brief, HOME undertakes to take care of all administrative requirements for filing and billing of transferred and/or licensed Intellectual Property rights of the RESIDENT;
HOME undertakes to use its best endeavours to organise for the RESIDENT, in a non-exclusive way,professional development, research and learning opportunities;

And then there are our additional services
Subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement, HOME undertakes to perform the services defined hereinafter (hereafter the “Additional Services”), within 7 days of a written request by the Resident:
HOME undertakes to offer RESIDENT a billing service, whereby all of RESIDENTS professional services, whether for HOME, HOME’s client or third parties, are billed by HOME on RESIDENT’s behalf, on a monthly basis and provided RESIDENT has submitted complete information to HOME.
HOME undertakes to offer RESIDENT a legal service, whereby all of RESIDENTS contractual needs are taken care of by a lawyer of HOME’s choosing, on RESIDENT’s behalf.
The price for HOME’s Basic Services and Additional Services is annexed to this Agreement and is subject to a yearly review by HOME. HOME will always inform the Resident in writing of any price adaptation (email to suffice). If the Resident does not agree with the adapted price, he/she may terminate the agreement immediately within the 30 days following the communication of said adapted price. In the event the Resident is performing a Project, such termination will be delayed until the end of said Project.
